Cheeseball
This recipe came from my Uncle Bob. It has become a family favorite.
| 24 | oz | Cream Cheese, softened |
| 2 | jars | Chipped Beef, diced |
| 1/2 | c | green onion, diced |
| 1/4 | c | Worcestershire Sauce |
Finely dice chipped beef and green onion.
Mix cream cheese, chipped beef, and green onions by hand (gloves work well). Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Adjust flavors to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if allowed to chill for 12 hours so flavors have time to blend.
I have made this cheese ball into many fun shapes. At Thanksgiving it is usually a Turkey with Keebler Townhouse crackers for feathers. At Christmas it is a snowman, complete with a carrot nose and red bell pepper smile. Use your imagination; the possibilities are endless.
